What is the WhatsApp Business Cloud API? +
It's the official API from Meta that lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages programmatically. BigTick is built directly on top of it — no third-party BSP in the middle, which means lower costs and full transparency on rate limits and message status.
How fast can I be sending campaigns? +
You can sign up, connect your WhatsApp number through the official Meta popup, submit a template, and send your first approved campaign in well under one hour.
Do I need my own Facebook Business Manager? +
Yes — every WhatsApp Business Account belongs to a Meta Business. The Embedded Signup flow walks you through creating one if you don't already have it.
How is BigTick priced? +

Can I import my existing contact list? +
Yes — upload a CSV with phone numbers and we'll de-duplicate and load them. Required column is phone (international format); optional columns include first name, last name, email, and opt-in status.
Is my data isolated from other businesses on BigTick? +
Strictly. Every business gets its own tenant boundary enforced at the database level — there is no path through which one tenant's data can be returned to another tenant.
